Thanks for booking a 1-hour session with Matt Corcoran. These simple terms are just to make sure things run smoothly for everyone.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours before your session. We’re happy to move things around with notice, but we can’t offer changes or refunds with less than 24 hours’ notice. Just reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Missed Sessions / No-Shows

If you miss your session without contacting us, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund. Matt will be there, ready for you — and we hope you will be too.

Running Late

If you're late, we’ll still do what we can in the time left, but your session will still end at the scheduled time. That helps keep things fair for the next person.

Emergencies

Life happens — if there’s a genuine emergency, just get in touch. We’re fair and understanding, and we’ll look at it case by case.
