The List of Fears

Here is a more complete list of those fears, organised into the opposing categories of the Mind. Note: These are just some of the main or more common fears. The true list is more than 250 items long!

Dread — Limits Adventure

  • The fear of death

  • The fear of the outside world

  • The fear of harm (physical, emotional, mental, or even spiritual harm),

  • The fear of illness, vomiting, doctors

  • The fear of not enough (not enough time, money, opportunity, resources, support)

  • The fear of missing out (FOMO)

  • The fear of people (strangers, crowds, being let down)

  • The fear of commitment

  • The fear of falling (fear heights)

  • The fear of the dark

  • The fear of confined spaces (claustrophobia)

  • The fear of abandonment

Ignorance — Limits Expansion
