Too Many Words!
And what to do about it!
Exceeded Maximum Characters Error
If you get the error message below, it simply means your answers have exceeded the amount of words you can paste into Bodhi at any one time (which is about 4096 characters). But try pasting your answers in anyway. If the screen freezes, or Bodhi doesn't respond, or you get some other error message, it's an easy fix. Follow the steps below
Step 1 –Refresh The Chat
Refresh the chat by clicking on the refresh arrow in the top right hand side of the chat. And don't worry. Your answers have already been copied and stored in your computers clipboard, and should also be stored in the boxes for each question.

Step 2 - Paste your answers into another document
Your answers have already been copied and stored in your computers clipboard, so paste them into a separate Word document, or text editor, or even your email program, so you have all your answers in front of you.
Step 3 - Copy and paste in sections.
Select, copy, and paste a smaller portion of your answers (maybe half of them, or a third), and paste that portion of answers into Message box (below the 24 questions). Then click the black send button to the right of the message box, to send that portion of answers to Bodhi. Bodhi will then ask you to paste in the rest (if it doesn't, see below). Then repeat the process until you have pasted on all ypur anseers. When Bodhi has all your answers, it will give you your report.

Bodhi has been programmed to only respond when it gets all your answers. But sometimes it doesn't. If that happens, refresh the chat or the page, and type this into Bodhi's Message box:
"I am going to paste my answers in sections. Please do not respond until you have received all my answers from all 24 questions".
Bodhi should then wait for you to paste in all your answers in sections.
