Our Contribution Policy
With Try Now Pay Later, you’re in control. You get the full workshop or eBook upfront, and only contribute what you feel it’s worth afterwards. So there’s no need for any refund or cancellation policy, because you’re not paying anything up front. It’s try before you buy. If you loved it, contribute. If you hated it, buy us a coffee (contribute $5).
Mistakes
The exception to that rule is if you accidentally make the wrong contribution (extra zero, wrong selection, your 5-year-old got hold of your iPhone, etc.). Just let us know and we’ll fix it.*

When you contact us, please supply the following information, so we can find your contribution:

Subject: Contribution error
Message: Anything esle you'd like us to know.
*Contribution returns can only be made within 14 days of payment (within reason of course — holidays, weekends, etc.). We refund your money back to the credit card you used for payment. Your refund may take a few days to process and appear on your statement, so please allow 7–14 days for funds to appear in your bank account before freaking out and contacting us! Relax. Take it easy. We always honour our guarantees. We always have. We always will. It might take us a few days, but we’ll get it done. Heck, we’ll drive your money over to your house if we have to — especially if you make us a real coffee … with biscuits.
