If you don’t believe in metaphysics, or the whole mind-body connection thing, then I can’t help you. But if you do, then Bodhi the Fear Finder is a fantastic opportunity to look deep inside your mind, and see the fears that have been holding you back from living your truest purpose, for decades.
And I swear by it. I have no doubt that the mind rules the body - especially considering the mind IS the body and the body IS the mind.
The mind is a bio-electromagnetic energy-system that stretches from the base of the spine to the top of the head (and beyond), and its effects can be tracked and traced in the body itself, because it is the body itself.
Again, happy mind, healthy body; unhappy mind, unhealthy body. When the mind is out of balance, the body is out of balance, and when the body is out of balance, it effects all the systems. The full list of systems are below, but some of the main ones include the Immune System, Nervous System, Circulatory System, Digestive System, Lymphatic System, and so on.
Those imbalances can cause all sorts of issues in the body, from mild aches and pains to serious health conditions; all of which can be traced back to some aspect of chronic fear in the mind. Because fear is a mind not at ease, which is dis-ease. And dis-ease of the mind eventually gets reflected as disease in the body.
In other words, any health and wellness issue, is the body trying to tell you that your fears have become chronic enough to be reflected in the body as dis-ease (the mind not at ease).
The body is not trying to maim you, or hurt you, or kill you. The body is a Divine force, and one of its roles is to make you aware of the deep-seated subconscious fears you’re not aware of. It “talks to you” via “dis-ease”. It says, “Hey, your mind is in a state of fear, and it’s affecting your life, and you don’t seem to be aware of it, so let me show you a dis-ease, that will affect your body, in almost the exact same way your fears are affecting your life!”.
And it really is that literal. For example, the lower back supports the upper body. But the lower back is also where the mind's centre of security is. So a fear of not enough (not enough security, support, time, money, opportunity, resources and so on), will cause a weakness in the mind's energy field in the lower back, depleting the mind's bio-electromagnetic energy supporting the muscles and skeleton in that area, causing lower back pain. In short, a fear of "not enough support" in the mind, will cause a weakness and pain in the lower back, and even make you bend over, so there is "not enough support" for the upper body.
And there are 1000's of examples of this. Pain in the legs is often associated with a fear of moving forward or changing direction - and the legs literally allow you to step forward, step back, or pivot. Heart problems are you putting too much pressure on yourself, or letting others suppress you. Eye problems are about "not seeing what you need to see".
And I have a long-standing friendship with a brilliant naturopathic practitioner, who has been treating clients for decades, and understands this mind-body connection thing way better than I do. And so I recently asked him, “What percentage of disease in the body do you think is caused by the negative mind (fear)”, and he replied, “Oh, probably about 90%!”. And I totally agree. In fact, I now suspect that fear is the cause of just about all disease.
But we’re not here to diagnose, treat, or cure disease. We’ll leave that up to the qualified health and wellness professionals. We’re here to help people identify their fears. Because once you expose your fears, they lose their subconscious power over you, so you can live a greater more fear-less purpose. If better health results from that (and it often does), then that is the bonus of resolving those fears.
However for me personally, I know that the more fears I resolve, the happier I become, and the better my health seems to get. And I can clearly see the connection between the fears I’ve let go off (the layers of it) and the very literal improvement in my body. But that’s just me. You have to prove that to yourself.

1. Nervous System
Controls and coordinates body activities by transmitting signals between different parts of the body.
2. Circulatory System (Cardiovascular)
Transports blood, nutrients, gases, and wastes throughout the body.
3. Respiratory System
Enables breathing and gas exchange between the body and the environment (oxygen in, carbon dioxide out).
4. Digestive System
Breaks down food into nutrients for absorption and eliminates waste.
5. Immune System
Defends the body against infections, diseases, and foreign invaders.
6. Lymphatic System
Returns excess fluid to the bloodstream and supports immune system function.
7. Endocrine System
Produces and regulates hormones that control body processes like growth, metabolism, and mood.
8. Muscular System
Enables body movement, posture, and heat production through muscle contractions.
9. Skeletal System
Provides structure, support, protection for internal organs, and produces blood cells.
10. Integumentary System
Includes skin, hair, and nails; protects the body and regulates temperature.
11. Urinary System (Excretory)
Removes waste products and excess fluids through urine and helps regulate blood pressure and volume.
12. Reproductive System
Enables reproduction and the continuation of species (includes sex organs and hormones).
Disclaimer
Unfortunately, modern science and western medicine don’t recognise metaphysics as being a valid practice (even though it's been practised for centuries around the globe), which is kinda sad. Therefore I am obliged (legally) to inform you that the Fear Finder, being based on the principles of the mind, is a spiritual practice based on faith, and has no scientific proof. And I'd also like to point out the difference between metaphysicians and scientists. Generally speaking, metaphysicians are more than happy to study science, anatomy, physiology, etc, because they like to have a more balanced point of view. Scientists on the other hand, tend to stick to “proven science”, maintaining a more “unbalanced” rigidity. Hopefully one day, the scientific and medical community will consult with metaphysicians and alternative practitioners, and realise that there is a lot more to health and wellness than just the physical body and the brain.
