This is a 30-day guarantee. If you're unhappy, we're happy to refund your first months membership fee (or yearly subscriptions). After 30 days the refund guarantee expires (within reason of course - holidays, weekends, etc). We refund your money back to the credit card you used for payment. Your refund may take a few days to process and appear on your statement, so allow 7-14 days for funds to appear in your bank account, before freaking out and contacting us! Relax. Take it easy.
